Hi I want to test my coolant system as I have installed a twin turbo system. I can't seem to find an adapter to screw onto the canister on my 2015 ford mustang gt. Anyone know who makes them. The kits at O'Reilys have adapters but none fit. Thanks Joe

Have you tried the kit at Autozone? I used their kit for a Subaru. A co-worker has a kit that had 20+ adapters. Didn't try it on the Mustang, but it looked like it had a kit for everything. I think he got it from Harbor Freight.

I would like to buy one so if anyone knows where I can buy one please let me know. I looked on Stants website and it looks like they don't make one.

Confirm? No, but I don't think the coolant tank has changed since the first S550. Unless, of course, the car has been modified...

OK I contacted Stant and they were really helpful. The part number is 12043 and I just put it on and it fits like a glove.
Good info on the Stant coolant pressure adapter. Thanks for posting it, because it will surely help others in the future with the same question or the need to do a coolant system pressure check on an S550.

The factory coolant bottle has not changed on the S550 since 2015. It's still the same current ugly mess that Ford Engineers thought looked so good... LOL

Well i can confirm that M52x2.5 (black) adapter does not stay on and the correct adapter is M50x2.5 (red) which both came in the SnapOn test kit that i bought. The stance adapter could be the M50x2.5 size im not sure as there are none available that i could find.

Hi I want to test my coolant system as I have installed a twin turbo system.
Wouldn't the time to test your cooling system be before/during the turbo installation?

What is your concern, exactly?
