When I put on my Foose MMD rear wing, it hit the antenna, so I pulled off the little rubber tip, cut it in 1/2, stuck the tip back on, free "shorty" I mean, 99% of the time I'm on Apple CP, so really no radio use, but it does still work, and picks up the one Alt Rock station I like.

I bought the Stubby Antenna and drove 30 miles west from Manassas with perfect reception but ironically reception around town was staticky due probably from buildings.

B&O sounds great once you go in and adjust the settings. Plenty of volume when the tops down. I don't have anything to compare it to though so this is all subjective.

I had to do the same thing with the super duper shaker in my '18. It doesn't sound as good as the factory Sony system in my F-150, but does sound better than the standard Shaker in my '13. I'm guessing it's because the sub is in the trunk instead of the cabin like the F-150.

Not sure what year F-150 you have, but my 2013 FX4 with the luxury package has the Sony system with the rear seat subwoofer. And my 2016 mustang with 401a and the 12 speaker shaker is light years ahead of my 2013 F-150 sounds system.

Again, I am not sure if your F-150 year. I am not trying to debate your experience. I am just saying that my mustang sound system is much, much better rhan my truck.

Having said all that, I would love to have a B&O system in my car or truck for that matter.

I like those, nice & simple. It's interesting how flat they look from straight on, but they're actually pretty dished.
