With the drop motor mounts does it clear the stock hood?

500 rwhp and some better gearing from a T6060 would make this thing a rocket.
Agreed. This tranny does at least feel much better with the MGW and switch to Amsoil Synchromesh.

Damn you forum guys. Now I have to have an intake mani.

In for dyno results.
I hope to have some on 93oct this coming week.

Yes it does.

Yeah, I have the MGW. Feels a lot better, but the ratios leave a lot to be desired. Especially with 3.73's out back.

I'd like to retain the strut brace. But, if the upper rpm gains are a significant increase over the boss, I'll definitely go this route.

I would've liked to keep the STB too. Oh well can't have everything lol.

Which throttle body are you running? Stock gt500, big bore twin, or mono blade?

Also, I'm going to look into fab'ing a custom STB to work with this setup.

I have the 65mm twin. The monoblade is good for a few more hp but I didn't want to run into any tuning issues. Let me know how your STB works out.

Thanks!

So my first logs after the initial E85 tune were rich and Lund was thinking it's actually E70 and asked me to test it. So I borrowed a friend's tester tonight and sure enough:

I'm sure it'll cost me a little power until the summer blend comes back, but oh well.

Good luck on getting true e85. Local where I am at, we never get the full e85. We are e66-67 at the moment and the best I have seen his mid 70s. I would think allot of the gas stations selling e85 get the same deliveries.

I get really good E85 here...it's always E85. Now that we're getting toward colder months I'm going to test it. Since you're tuned on E70, make sure you get a revision once it goes back to E85.
