  1. How to Deepen my Exhaust sound!

No. One side was 3" ID slid on the collector and clamped aft some relief cuts the other was 3" OD and slid in the mid pipes loosely, so I welded that side up to the mid-pipes. They were approximately the same size and shape as the stainless works cats that I removed. I am still thinking of...
  2. How to Deepen my Exhaust sound!

I replaced my HF cats with dynomax bullet resonators and it got rid of the raspiness and deepened the tone to just what I was looking for. I used the 9" dynomax bullets.
  3. Will Corsa Extremes Drone with Mak Cat Deletes?

I second it won't drone but it won't sound good either. Way too loud IMO. I would go with Corsa Sport catback. I love mine with catless LTH's and 9" bullet resonators for "appearance." Sounds great and still has a deeper tone than the extremes.
  4. MEM_ERR03 When trying to update......

The steps on the first page worked for me. I used the file from the V2.2 NAV Modified for the memory error and then updated to v3.0 18025. I tried multiple times before going strait from 2.3 to 3.0 and all failed in about 5 minutes for the memory error. I tried 2 USB drives, 1 PNY 32 gig USB...
  5. Changing from 15 to 18 cupholder

I believe it is a 16+ thing. I think you can buy the newer cup holder and it bolts from underneath to the console. I remember looking it up before but I didn't believe the cost was worth it. There is a good console removal video from MGW that shows a good way to remove the console without...
  6. BMR TR005 Toe Link w/FRPP Bushings

I also had to use a vice to open up the BMR toe links when I installed the toe link bearings. I believe it actually squeezed the legs in on the factory rubber bushing when I tightened the bolt upon initial install.
  7. RST noise at low rpm/speed

Yes, normal. It is just a habit of the twin disc clutch. I think it is a resonance of it. I just changed the way I drive my car and don't try to accelerate unless I am over 1700-1800 rpm.
  8. Help verify my Cat-Back

The sport and touring mufflers can be identified by looking into the tail pipe. The touring mufflers have a perforated section inside the muffler along with the ports for the 1/4 resonators. The sport mufflers only have the ports for the 1/4 wave resonators. The X-pipe is also 3" ID at the...
  9. AC belt install on ATI Damper

There are 3 of the 6 twelve point bolts that hold the balancer together that go thru and secure the A/C pulley. You will have to remove one of them and install the bolt. Then reinstall the bolt with blue loctite and torque after installing the belt.
  10. AC belt install on ATI Damper

Take one of the bolts out that holds on the a/c pulley and run the zip tie through that. I used this procedure on mine and it worked great.
  11. Clips/Tabs/Push Pins

rio16 From looking at the included rivets in the kit it looks like it has them minus the big quick release ones from the edges of the wheel wells. With the air ride on my car when aired out the tires hit the plastic liners and have pulled some of the worn plastic rivets out.
  12. Clips/Tabs/Push Pins

I just purchased one of the kits from Ebay. A lot of mine from the under tray and wheel well liners are getting pretty worn and some are missing. Plastic rivet kit
  13. What size tires for SVE 350 wheels?

I would suggest 285/35R19's up front and 325/30R19's for the rear. If you are running stock springs/height you will want to lower it.Tires measure out around 26.5". I have been running the continental DW's for the past 2 years and have been really impressed with them.
  14. Mpg display correction/adjustment? AFE Bias

Yes it can be adjusted to fix the MPG calculation there is a thread buried here somewhere for fixing it. Basically you multiply your hand calculated MPG by the AFE bias (1000 if it hasn't been modified) and then divide that number by the display MPG and input that number into the AFE bias...
  15. Calling all Airlift 3P/L guys and girls

It doesn't have much space back there . I have it pushed as far back as the mounting holes would allow for easier access to the lower controller buttons. I bought a 90 degree adapter for the USB for my phone as well but when I checked it last night it points towards the driver's side. I need...
  16. cold mornings - all seasons vs. summer tires

I use mine in fair weather year round with Conti DW's some mornings down into the high 20's with no problems. You just have to know you can't put power down with them below around 50 or take corners too fast. I have noticed they have flat spots/stiff sidewalls when that cold but are not...
  17. Calling all Airlift 3P/L guys and girls

I got my mount and controller back today. The 90 degree USB cable I got was the wrong one. I may try to find another. I bought one with a mini USB and the controller takes the micro USB. So I mounted it up with the airlift cable. I pushed the mount as far forward as possible and there is no...
  18. **NEW** Airlift Controller Mount!!

I received my mount today and took about 10 minutes to install the mount including gather and putting tools away. I pushed the mount as far forward as possible then tightened the screws. No problem reaching the bottom buttons. It does block the opening/closing of the power port door/flap. I...
  19. 3:31 gear for my factory PP gear

Keep an eye on Shelby auctions on Ebay. Every once in awhile they will have take out complete differentials from their Shelby builds with low/no miles.
  20. Break in tips? New McLeod RST resurfaced flywheel

Like stated above be easy on it and don't rev it out. I also did rev matched down shifts to increase the amount of engagements in city driving. I noticed mine started feeling good around the 250-300 mile mark. I almost always rev match down shift now except during emergency braking.
