Anybody with a cobra jet intake and mono Blade experience a hiccup, hesitation around 1500-2500rpm? Wot perfect above 2500rpm smooth on my end. Being an auto car driving around town, this hesitation/miss is driving me nuts. It is a kind tuned car.

I haven't had any issues in that rpm range, I have had issues off idle occasionally mostly when cold and or when coming out of a burnout, now as I'm finishing my burnout I pop it in neutral and it's fine. I was thinking about trying the JMS Pedal Max, as this may make my pedal action actually control the T-Body more accurately. I think most people are using the twin blade and do not experience this.

I'd advise speaking with the tuner. The mono blade can be tricky to tune on a NA car from what I understand. You may want to look into a dyno tune if they are not able to correct it via email tunes.

I did, I was expressed everything looks fine. Mechanical issue.

So,

I uninstalled the intake, reinstalled it, put screened filter in place, put in fresh spark plugs, checked all vaccum connections. Reset the KAM, and the issue is still their.

I am at a lost!? Reached out to a member out in Florida, as we were doing our installs and tuning the same time, I was remotely tuned and he's custom dyno tuned. As I reached out to him he confirmed the same issue on his end, difference in our setup is, I am on pump 93 he is on the corn, I have catless lead pipes and he has long tube headers.

But we both have that off throttle, light peddle, 1500-2500rpm, miss/hesitation. Exhaust does not sound smooth. But as a street car driving in day to day, the car lives In those rpm band. Driving me nuts!

Sounds to me like the tuning isn't jiving with that mono blade. Have you upgraded your injectors? A lack of injector resolution and that throttle body could be causing the issue. Is it sputtering (exhaust backfire/burbling) around that rpm range at part throttle?

Sounds like the variable valve timing to me. Too much cam advance and/or overlap and the spark tables aren't jiving and it is stumbling/misfiring. It could also have to do with the lack of IMRC and the airflow/cams/spark are wrong.

My car is bone stock and I can make it do the exact same thing. Point being, it's in the tune.

Pineri61 not a back fire but burbling, sputter ever so slightly to be annoying to the point it's not enjoyable now. Yes on the stock injectors but the 2015 have slightly bigger injectors from the factory.

What did those of you that installed this do with the 4 wiring connectors from the back of the old stock manifold? There is 2 blue and 2 white connectors. I don't see what these are supposed to connect to on the CJ manifold.

Do I need to tape them up and just not use them for anything?

I'm in dire need of help. See photo for my current state of installation of my CJ. I got the boss installation kit with the new purge valve and fuel line and brake booster line. Judging by some of the photos from some of you, the installation kit was not used? I not sure where these connectors need to connect in my photo. Any help would be appreciated.
