what's up everyone, I just got a 2015 mustang GT with the performance pack and the mt82. so far, I've done headers and the car came with a JLT intake I'm going to tune the car next week. I'm having a small issue where when the car gets hot after sitting in traffic my clutch starts to grab really high and it's a little bit hard to take off. I've also noticed that the throttle response isn't great, and the car almost runs a little bit rough when it is hot. I figured it was due to the car just being hot and pulling timing since my IATs are around the 140-150 range in stop and go traffic especially with how hot it is here in south Florida. I was considering changing the brake/clutch fluid since I don't think it's probably ever been changed. I also ordered a steeda spring since most people say it has improved the clutch feel. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do to maybe improve the drivability of the car?

A fluid flush is a good place to start. Iā€˜ve done mine twice now in just 7K miles. Fresh fluid is a good way to keep the brakes and clutch happy.

Did the previous owner by chance install an aftermarket clutch in your car?

I'm not sure, never met the previous owner. but I honestly doubt it. I figured a fluid change couldn't hurt, I wanted to go with something a little bit more high temp anyway since I would like to try a track day

I believe the car will pull timing at 150 IAT. I noticed mine started to act wonky whenever the IATs were that high. I installed the fenderwell upgrade on my PMAs and all issues went away
