Thank you very much with your assistance in getting it taken care of. I am enjoying it.
My pleasure.

Let me know how the new Koni settings work. :clap2:

I have the same toe rods. I am wondering if that's the issue. Do you know what they did to fix it or how they could tell it was cockeyed? Mine previously were "off" a little and "fixed" but I don't know. I am leaning towards the diff bushing inserts being the issue. Here is a video of my noise, is this what yours sounded like?

Mine sound very similar to this. I did all suspension changes in one go & the noise appeared a month later. Were you able to resolve it?

It comes and goes but I have not heard it in a long time.

Mine comes and goes as well. It is related to the toe rod I believe. I also had a problem with the stock camber arm going bad. I rarely hear mine clunk and when it does it's hard to notice unless radio is off and everything. The only time I hear is when going slow and I hit a bump. Driving down the road at normal speed it's quiet.

One thing I noticed with mines was that the toe rod was in backward. The biggest space should face the front of the car. The car was on ramps for an alignment and I asked to come back and take a look. I tipped the young guy 20 bucks to unbolt the ends and rotate :)

Bump. Mine started doing this after doing the spring install 3 years ago. This weekend after I had the car jacked up it seems to be doing it worse than before. I’ve upgraded vertical links cradle lock out and toe rods but noise never got worse until this weekend

Found the issue! Spring wasn’t sitting on the insulator and it wasn’t even on the arm stop.
