Maybe I am missing something here but why is Carbon Revolution being involved here when this is an issue that should be dealt directly with the Ford Motor Company and not the OEM supplier?

I had an issue with a front passenger CF wheel and I worked directly with the Ford dealership in question after which time the front wheel was replaced.

A small scrape to the ceramic on one of these wheels will not be accommodated by ford for a warranty replacement.

So the original question of "is my wheel messed up" was answered by the manufacturer who unofficially stated that no, it is not.

I don't think the avg Joe would get a warranty replacement for this type of road hazard damage unless that specific warranty was purchased.

I reached out to Carbon Revolutions because I was looking for an answer, guidance and ultimately a fix to my wheel issue. Something that Ford was not willing / able to do.

The only thing Ford gave me was an excuse to why they wouldn't warranty my wheel. I wasn't even able to get a replacement as they were on back order with no ETA.
