I'm with you on this.I was seriously considering buying a wheel conversion from this company but honestly their communication is atrocious and seeing now that they can't even keep track of who ordered what, they've lost any business they could've had with me.
It's a shame too, they offered some products that have been asked for...but in the end, customer service is what gets you paid.
I like the look of this product, but reading the saga other people are going through makes me want to stay well clear.
If CD would actually improve their severely lacking customer service, they would no doubt generate more clients and therefore grow their business. As things currently are trending, they are losing current business and future clients.
