They are no longer on this board. They SAY they didn't want to pay the fees to reach a small audience...I suspect they left because they suck at their business and people here figured it out.

Doesn't do much good. Take quite a while to to come back. And when they do, they don't answer your question and / or give you some generic reply like "soon" / "probably". They can't even give you an update specific to your order.

This^

I must've posted questions to them at least two dozen times and I get the same old run-around. In fact I had to ask them 5 times if they offered colors other than black on their wheels and they finally responded with "what colors are you interested in"....and then nothing.

Yup...customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I've watched their first two batches and their pattern is to accept orders and shipments of wheels then when they get enough they send them overseas to be built and only when they get them back do they communicate with the people who sent them in. I was OK with this as everyone who has ordered one has received it as far as I can tell and they have been happy with the quality. Of course this is not a preferred way of doing business but it is what it is. I'm not expecting to hear anything on the current batch of deliveries till end of July or beginning of August

Doesn't take much to post an update for everyone. Ignoring your customers is not a good way of business. Just makes them look stupid. I don't doubt the product, just their customer service.

If there business model is in fact an overseas based operation then all of this makes sense. I'm not saying it's a good thing, especially if your selling products to this group of folks but I get it now.

Overseas factories are not known for their customer service or communication skills....

Yes, does make sense now. I did not know that it is offshore. CD can do better communicating though and be more transparent of their process.

Totally agree. This can be a money tree if managed properly. Send a couple kids off to college while driving around town in a GT350R or possibly even a ferrari type shit.

This reminds me of the Boz Brothers/SS Tuning debacle in the Focus ST world with their Carbon steering wheels.
Boz tried distributing them in the US and they were made in Ukraine by SS.
Many tears and many angry customers later, Boz went belly up, SS did their own direct sales. Many people lost money.
