Yeah the guy i bought the hood from picked those locations and larger quick latch pins. Not sure if there was reasoning why they were mounted where they were but we just duplicated it for my car. They hold up fine at the track and great on the hwy .
I know my rad support is a bit different than...
Interested on these for just my GT as my tires stick out a bit so this would help with that aero and also i like the look. Was planning on attempting to make some myself. Do you know if they'll offer this on not shelbys.
Did anyone ever attempt any of the above. The hard pedal happened to me a few times this weekend. It happened my last event earlier this year but only once or twice and didn't really understand it but between then and last weekend i sort have learned it was the booster assist. Happened a few...
Wanted to update this post that mystery connector was instrumental in finally getting a particular project i've been trying to get to work on actually working.
Sequential shift light similar to the gt350 i'm working on a 3d printed housing to fit in the cluster area. But that connector allowed...
Keep us updated how it goes would like to go with a simpler route myself since it's only a track issue on specific scenarios. And doesn't affect daily driving.
Resurrecting this as curious what other may have done other than the foam ran into this issue today at TGPR on a few of the left handers it's also run counterclockwise. I'm running e85. My car is a GT with mods: gt350 manifold / TB, 47lb injectors, e85 lund tune.
Ruled out all the nannies...
I was talking about the front rotor it's backwards for some odd reason, buddy has a 18 gt that we just did some suspension stuff on and thought it was weird ford opted for those kind of rotors
The issue with the non PP GT and EB PP brakes (4 piston) is the venting is on the front of the rotor (where you can see the vanes). So any air ducting in the rear isn't going to do much unfortunately. Some aftermarket rotors may solve this by moving the vents to the rear.
I need to find a better scale as my smart scale is meant for people lol so not sure how accurate small stuff is. These things are way light especially just holding them just feels weird.
Initial weight was:
20.6 lbs - sv501 19x11 et50
Now that ^ is something worthy of following. Awesome to...
Agreed ^ the only R wing i would do is an OEM or the Carbon ones made from that one that is supposedly being made from OEM molds. All others are mostly looks angles and rigidity are not the same as oem.
As someone who just recently got into tracking my car. If you haven't taken the car to a track (road course). I would recommend that, like they say driver mod. If your sliding all over the places your probably doing something wrong. Smooth is fast (to a point).
Also before you concentrate on...
