Doesn't take much to post an update for everyone. Ignoring your customers is not a good way of business. Just makes them look stupid. I don't doubt the product, just their customer service.
Doesn't do much good. Take quite a while to to come back. And when they do, they don't answer your question and / or give you some generic reply like "soon" / "probably". They can't even give you an update specific to your order.
Contacted Lenny myself and he did confirm that they can be torqued down to Ford's specifications of 150 lb ft without issues. He added that he thought 150 lb ft of torque is a bit heavy and recommended around 120 lb ft of torque.
