Build Week 2/2/15

So my car has been delivered this morning! COTUS had actually updated on Sunday saying it was delivered on 3/15 but called the dealer and they said nope. So COTUS is definitely still screwy. Driving 3 hours to pick it up tomorrow morning. I will report back anything I see that isn't perfect. The wait is over!

Thanks for those pictures ponygrrrl. My dash isn't nearly as pronounced as that. Guess that's why I thought it was 'plain.' In the right light I can see the faint rolled look. Camera flash at just the right angle helped me see the rolls. Otherwise it looks very plain. If I can figure out how to post pictures I'll do so.

Wow, that's strange that yours isn't very pronounced, the flash actually makes it less pronounced. I will snap some pics in daylight tomorrow so you can see it better in natural light.

Supposedly my car will be at the dealer tomorrow so I'll be picking her up Saturday! I'm going to call my Sales Rep to have him take pics and send them to me when the car comes in !! Wish me luck!

Mine is supposedly on the last leg of it's journey. Made it to Atlanta a few days ago where it was unloaded from the train. If that's true it's hard to believe the trucking company hasn't shipped it out yet.

Picked min up yesterday and put 200 miles on it. Got 28 MPG for the drive, better than my Nissan! I inspected it thoroughly and the only thing I could notice (just because I'm a mustang6g member lol) is the back window unevenness. But, its maybe a couple millimeters difference so it really doesn't bother me. The car is a blast to drive but hopefully it dries out today because I haven't had it on dry roads yet. Really liking it! Hope everyone's that hasn't found their home will very soon. Anyone want to buy a 350z??

Well there was crazy rain between Houston and Lafayette so my average speed was probably 60ish.

I didn't get the optional 3.55, just standard 3.31. I was amazed as well! The rain kept it so high because I had to limit revs + speed.

Mine took a few days after being unloaded from the train before getting on a Convoy truck.

Cotus is screwed for me today as well. Est Delivery has changed several times and was "In Transit" two days ago, today it went back to "Awaiting Shipment" WITHOUT an estimated delivery date at all. I called my dealer and was told my vehicle is indeed "In transit" and my est delivery date is 19 April. Bottom line....who the hell really knows!
