Called ford since my COTUS status has now officially gone into no mans land. No more EDD since that date has come and gone. According to Ford, now that this transaction has "expired" they have opened up a case with the regional Mgr. In my area. I should hear from him/her in 24 hrs.
...and....4/20 is here. Car is not. I'm so done with this crap. Just tell me when the car will be there and get it there by that date. This experience is one I likely won't go through again.
