I was buying a mustang from a dealer's lot, but still got affected by the recall. Yes, the V6 I was trying to purchase was built in the week of 9/28. They say the parts will arrive in about a week.

Friend of mine at the dealer I bought from let me know over the weekend that the parts finally came in for my originally ordered car. I remember back before Turkey Day thinking I'd have it the week of Nov 30th lol... Glad I got the DX'd car I got then.

My car was ready on the 26th of December but due to vacation and snow/freezing rain I had to wait until last Wednesday to pick it up. It was a long and frustrating wait but it was worth it.
