Ford reps when does the same response get old??? I'm done hearing the same thing your car still in production waiting shipping this is the same information that I can figure out on my own. What is the point of having you on the another end if you cannot supply any type of information about what is going on. Give us some type of a timeframe give us how many people are working on these cars how many cars are you have released. Give us some type of hope you're on the other end. This customer service is not professional. If you gave all of us some type of information we would not have to email you every single day to try to find out if you can tell something different about our car. My daily vent and I know will still get no answers. And I'm still waiting on a phone call from my dealer that was supposed to talk to somebody that was supposed to find something ha ha.

They give us what they have for information. If FORD doesn't share anything else with them and they don't have access to any more information, then what do you want them to do? It sucks being in this situation but it is not their fault for not telling us more.

sorry but if I call my cable company to get new installation. They would give you a date and a time that they would arrive. If ypu got no phone calls no one showed up no information. You call the company they tell you they didn't have time to come to your house and do the installation. Then they tell you that there no dates available for installed. And that we will call you and let you know when there is an opportunity to get your install. So you're telling me that you would be okay with that and you would not call the customer service and talk to the reps and try to get some type of information out of them.
The reps are the ones that report information back to there bosses. If customers are happy they're not going to change anything if the customers are complaining and don't feel they're getting what they are asking for paying for and maybe some type of information can come out. Customer service is what keeps a business alive!!!

Weird, the Guard GT I ordered showed In Transit with an EDD of 3/18 and then 3/20, now it's back to Awaiting Shipment and no EDD.

Cotus shows my car being delivered to dealer.....I hope this is real and not a big tease.......i'll call the dealer in the morning and cross my fingers...........THIS IS TORTURE.......

And mine is back in Awaiting Shipment.
As for you, cowzrul, you're 'Stang is still "In Transit." There was a slight delay, which has nothing to do with your car (so no worries). Once it gets going again, your EDD should update.

Thanks Jeff. My dealer just contacted me and said my car is still at Flat Rock but the rail car is broke down. Whatever that means.

Okay so I just got off the phone with my dealer. They made a few phone calls. They got me a estimated delivery date of the first week of April. My dealer is great I have to say. There are throwing me some extras for me willing to wait this long. This is great customer sevice! It sucks to wait this long but now I have a Date of delivery.

Wow. like you read my mind. I was just wondering.... Would I be wrong in expecting either our dealers, or Ford Motor company to throw in a few gifts/extras for us in this build week? I don't think so.......let's see what happens.

Called my dealer this morning and they said that they have a EDD of 3/8.........only time will tell........i'll drive by on sunday and check.........where oh where is my GT.....

another week

Well, here it is. Another Friday gone by, and NOTHING has happened. Except COTUS making more mistakes. Showing my car as "delivered".
Glad to see some cars moving out, but it still seems to me that our build week is just sitting idle in Flat rock. And Ford Motor Co. staying true to form in NOT telling us a damn thing.....

Yep i was patient because I wasn't picking my car up til the end of this month anyway but I'm getting a bit ticked off now. We are a week into March, I have a EDD of 3/15 which I KNOW is bogus.. And I'm still in "awaiting shipping" ! I asked another ford srvice person and she says my car was released on 2/27 ( my birthday so Yay) and is awaiting being shipped. She estimates another two or three weeks but once again I'm wondering why no comment from Ford? Hey ! I love Ford but I'd like to know what they are going to do for me since this car has and is going to be delayed. Also, not knowing what the issue was means how do I know I dont get a lemon? I would like some answers from higher up. So FORD SERVICE people, get a hold of a upper level manager and give us all some answers for once. Loyalty is great but blind loyalty is a foolish thing. This will be my second Ford in three years and my 5th ford product overall in my life so I would like to know what's going on, what's being done and what is FORD going to do for us when these cars get delivered!!

Guys- if you agree with what I'm saying then thank this comment. Maybe if they see enough of us on here wanting answers then they will respond.

Yes I did this earlier in the week. And yes we need more people calling. That's the only way to get help. For all the calling I did. I the hold is a heat shield issue. My car has a EDD of 4/1

I've given up on looking at it. My wife needs a new car now so I have something else car related to focus my car energy on. When it comes in it comes in. I actually didn't even check COTUS yesterday.
