We have all called our dealers, chatted with Rachel, etc and have not gotten even an EDD.

Great news. Can you give and dates or info that you received from COTUS or from Ford Customer Service on this forum?

Emailed my complaint about the Hold from Hell to Ford today at the link below and got a reply back from Tier1 Customer Service just now, saying I would receive a call from a Customer Service Manager in 1 Business Day. We'll see.....

Ford is throwing me the premium maintenance plan. I know this isn't the best thing but it's something extra for the wait. I'm going to see if I can get the value of the plan and use it towards the price of the car. But since I made a few phone calls during the week I was able to get my EDD of 4/1, the plan and was told this all to do with the heat shield. Remember if you never ask you will never receive.

Hopefully it's not the same people that have been giving us the run around answers and no information. I sent in my complaint as well so hopefully we can get some real information.
I think that we will just end up getting the same vague non answers that we have been getting. All put together by some Ford exec. to try to pacify us all. But telling us nothing really.

P.S. Ford Motor company has kept all of us in this build week waiting for a very long time, and gave us no information as to why, leaving us to try and figure it out on our own, having to sift through lots of info, Much of which is incorrect I am sure. So, let's just see what they are going to do for us in order for us to keep our faith in them. In this age of everyone thinking they are (entitled) to something, I do feel that we are entitled in this case....Just my opinion...Anyone agree?

Awesome. For how many years/mileage? Some plans can be really expensive.
Don't know for sure but this week I'm going to stop up there and try to find that out. But I can't complain either way.

Like I said before complaining here on the forum, or to the "customer service" reps, or sending emails to Ford isn't going to get us any where. Several of us sent those emails a couple of weeks ago and nothing came of it. Ford doesn't care about a few unhappy customers.

Yes you are correct. My dealer is helping me. I don't think ford is. At least I think its this way.
