If the body shop has HETPE3B's car, I would say that is great. Just give them a chance to fix it. to me, i would rather them take as much time as they need.
It is a strategic process. If the fenders move, now the front bumper might not line up. If the fenders move, now the doors might not line up.
That is a long tedious process. This is why they have not called back yet. If they are messing with the trunk lid, then this is yet another process that might take some time to massage or get right.
Lining up all the body panels is not a normal easy task and I am sure it takes two people at the same time to do this.
