Yeah if the tolerances were off to that small of a small degree I wouldn't care at all, but for people with cars like mine that have issues you can plainly see from a few feet away, not cool. And it's not funny or edgy to trivialize it with this "micrometer" bullshit.
My Civic had perfect fitment. My last car had better fitment around the hood/headlight after having them crunched by an idiot and being rebuilt.
It should be vocalized by people experiencing the issue, and Ford should at least publicly acknowledge on some small scale that this is a problem. I hope I don't have any headaches when I take my car in on the 31st to get all of this looked at.
