Would have been nice to know about this from BMR or to have a mention of it in the instructions... With all of the testing to check for header clearance on different cars, I have to believe this issue reared it's head. Hopefully can get installed in a decent amount of time tomorrow.
You spent good money and had the BMR jacking rails installed and then when jacking totally missed them? :lol:Installed mine after work today. It has plenty of clearance with the stainless works/power headers. Definitely tightened the front end up. I can tell a difference driving on bumpy roads with expansion joints it seems to be more composed and forces the suspension to work better.
Only took about 30 mins on the lift. I had 4 tabs inside the frame to break loose. I just flexed them back and forth until the broke free. Then I fished them out of the holes the bolts go through. The spacers wouldn't fit by hand either. I used a 12 3/8" drive extension thru the front hole and drove them back with a hammer. Then used a long tapered punch to center the spacers in the bolt holes. After that it is easy.

I figured someone would catch that. The car is too low to get the arms of the lift under the rails. I even drove the car up on 2x4's under all four tires. The arms actually fit under the rear rails with the tires up on 2x4's but I moved them to the pinch welds so the car was supported evenly. I talked to my buddy about changing the the adjusters out to something else for lowered cars.
I ordered on 4th and still nothing :(
