I have been communicating with PFC about rotors. They advised ROUSH was the dealer. I contacted ROUSH and they advised the rotors are exclusive for ROUSH vehicles.

Somewhat Similar, but oppostie situation here. The lockouts ended up being a bit larger than the cradle itself. Took a bit to get just right and not cause any binding.
The bmr adjustable camber arms however are a piece of art.
A finned cover would not help much. Nearly half of the diff sits in the cradle. Not to mention the movement the differential has in the cradle with the factory bushings.
