Hi guys I have a 2016 gt and was changing the spark plugs earlier and noticed that the oil cap looked like this creamy consistently just wondering what it could be? Also worth mentioning this car had been in a front end collision and I’m just finishing off with the repairs

If your oil looks like that, you're fucked mate.

Drain the oil into a clear container and snap a pic for us.

Short trips in cold weather and that is totally normal. It's just oil vapor sludge that has not burnt off.

Now if you pull the dipstick and it looks like that, you got a problem.

oh okay this is what my dipstick looks like so I guess it’s alright for now I’ll probably run a pressure test on the coolant tomorrow aswell so hopefully it’s just condensation

FWIW, if you suspect a head gasket failure communicating with the coolant system a coolant pressure test probably isn't your best choice.
Better choices are; a leak down test, a borescope into each cylinder and the tester that sniffs combustion gasses in the coolant.
That being said, what you showed is pretty normal...

You’ll find that on most everyone’s cars that’s driven on short trips and oil not brought up to temp for a while to cook off condensation. It’s not a problem.

^^^^ Spot on. That type of visual finding under an oil cap is indicative of exactly what was stated - short stints and nothing more.

If you were to drain your oil and it came out looking like and the consistency of a milkshake, THEN you have a head gasket (or other) issue.
