Hey everyone got a couple questions for the forum. I discovered today that I have a milky substance in my oil. It’s 99% the head gasket so I know I need to replace that and get ARP studs for it. I heard from reading previous forums the G1FZ-6051-C is the go to please correct me if I’m wrong. I have a coi, catchcan , maperromace street intercooler. Ford performance 63mm turbo,
Map catted down pipe and mbrp race exhaust, hks blowoff. I was wondering if it makes sense to upgrade cams or anything that I’m not aware of while I have the motor apart. If any one has a gasket kit that works better then others please let me know I will be ordering parts soon, thanks everyone

I don't think there's anything really worth doing while it's off that makes sense money wise, short of a built 2.0 block.

If there's milk in the oil it probably needs rebuilt anyway. Bearings really don't care for coolant in the oil.
