I'm looking to buy at around the end of 2016 a short block sleeved short block, who do you think has the best deal for the price?
TIA

I would assume if shipping is gnarly to PR, it would probably be better to find a local engine builder no?

This would be a good thread of information. On new platforms not everyone is interested, but as time goes by and Horsepower goes up, it's good to have a solid vendor list. Hopefully someone will chime in.

MMR is a solution, not cheap but a solution. And of course your local engine builders. Here in San Diego I know Total Performance in Santee, CA is known for excellent engines. Greg is the owner over there.

Good luck searching man. I'll look around for some other solutions to add....

I chose Livernois Motorsports.

I have used and installed their engines in many cars over the years, so I went straight to them for my S550.

Good luck!

Thanks for the S/O Kelly!

Like several have expressed, cheep is never the best route to go. We are by far the most decorated and experienced builder that you will find. Are we the cheapest nor fastest, but do you want a company to just slap some sleeves into your baby's heart and call it a day? Of course not. We have taken care to develop several different styles of sleeves for different applications, and even our own proprietary process to complete the job. Those things alone are what attribute to us not being the fastest nor cheapest solution, but we feel that they both allow for us to be the best option.

Skip best price and go with best reviews. Livernois is an awesome option for any consumer, I've personally toured their facility and talked to their builders, you'll be in good hands.
