Same for me.I never had the tick until my 2nd oil change.
That sounds awful. I know its not but the way it does it, sounds like the cvt slopping back and fourth. Can you post a video with the sound you’re hearing? I’m wanting to try to catalog a lot of these so that we can see if they may, in fact, be slightly different issues (BBQ tick vs. typewriter tick).
Here is the sound of mine - which compares well with everyone who has the “typewriter tick“.
Just did the same with Ford syn blend oil Change ( just got the car from Honda dealer, so wasn’t sure what oil)I just use 100ml of LiquiMoly Ceratec per oil change and no tick.

I haven’t drove it yet, but it definitely quieted down things

That’s not what the container says , mine was the 10 oz one , says it treats up to like 5-6 quartsYea you don't need the whole bottle, 100ml is just a 1/3 of the bottle so its good for 3 oil changes.
Can you please tell us where you heard/read this? This is the first time in five years we have ever heard an actual reason for the tick.I read a comment from a ford engineer that said the tick (bbq tick) was from lifter on #3 cylinder, as that's the oil's longest path in the engine. And with the engine hot at operating temp and idle low normal oil pressure drops to maybe 12psi and by the time it gets to lifter on #3 there's not enough pressure to keep it from leaking down. Take it for what it's worth.
