Avoid Shifteck!

I ordered the Shifteck Off Road Mid Pipes and Resonator Delete X-Pipe for my GT350 on Sept 2, 2025. This being the first time I had ordered from them, I asked on Sept 5 if there were any estimates on shipping as I had a track day planned for the end of the month and really wanted to test them out. The response "The product page is very clear for timing.". Not the best customer service, but I'll go back and read. Site says up to 4 weeks. 4 weeks goes by with no communication at all. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company due to no communication whatsoever. Wanted to share my experience in case anyone else was on the fence about trying them.

Thinking things out further, it's not too much of a surprise the company has done poorly or folded.

Shifteck sells exhaust pipes and one-off chassis pieces within incomplete product lines. Unless they have something genuinely unique or adds huge amounts of power, they're competing with companies like Steeda, Corsa and Ford Performance, capable of churning out truckloads of bits by the time they generate a few. And at better prices. The upstart company was overwhelmed by a well-established industry. Over time, people left, stocks were depleted.

If the business is still open, it's probably one or two people making parts when they can.

To be fair I think all the terrible reviews of them on here were spelled shit-teck and not shifteck so I guess you might have missed out on the absolute mountain of piss poor reviews for this company.

I ordered some wing dog-bones from them a couple years ago.
I also asked for tracking info and received no response. Zero communication.

After reading all the horror stories about them, I filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. After that, they finally responded and my order did show up a day later.
