Same here, Want to know what’s needed. Want something for 850-950rwhp
On e85? Upgrade the feed line to 8an and walbro pumps or add some boost a pumps.

If you run out of fuel on the GT350 kit(Sai or mine) you "could" get dual BAPs which required you to spend another $550 or you can simply upgrade the pumps. I walked a customer of mine through upgrading to dual walbro 450's and now he has all the fuel he needs for only $220 more. upgrading to a 8AN feed will help a ton too, but even on the stock 3/8th line this was enough to supply enough fuel for a 69mm pulley on e85 with 5% overdrive and his wet nitrous shot...
What did you end up doing to feed the venturi pump?

I sent my receipts to mylittlepony and he is going to post them up here for u guys.My car is running and going to finish tuning now that the roads are dry.Only thing I had to do with the lethal harness was switch the polarity on the pump wires which was a piece of cake. Not sure if lethal sells two different harnesses for the gt350 pumps and the gt500 pumps if not the harness I bought will still work fine for the gt350 pumps.

So I understand Fore’s kit is upgradeable, but everything adds up fast. It’s 1100+ without pumps, jumps to almost 1350 with pumps. That’s supposed to be the 800whp setup. Now I wonder from the long list of options what is and what isn’t a necessity to reach the 800-850whp mark? I just want a true dollar cost from the fore setup.

Twin 450's in the Fore setup will handle well over the 850 mark. If I was starting out new I would have gone Fore. These cars make 850whp so easy that you can quickly outgrow the GT350 system.

True but after 800 rwhp u better start thinking about upgrading your motor motor more then a fuel system.

Any difference between this one and the Sai Li?

http://www.rodeheavershotrod.com/Online_Store.html
This looks basically the same as the SAI Li but it uses another fuel control module which he claims will increase pump life. That is actually in interesting concept that I might look into. Most of these kits are basically the same with minor tweaks and differences in the type of lines and fittings they come with. There is alot of good information in the thread i started below. the member here JN2 helped Tommyand I get our issue with the wiring straightened out. Putting it together youself is not too bad but it might be worth the few extra bucks to just buy it from JN2 or another source. just make sure you know why type of line and the quality of the parts you are getting.

What type/brand of PTFE line and fittings does the fore kit use? Can you run triple pump hat with only two pumps? Will the level 1 triple pump kit work with the rails that come with the holley intake?

Just to.add to this u can get the motorcraft 350 pumps on summit or rock auto for $ 160.00,summit also has a frp for $90 That's just like the one I bought but it's summit brand.Again all parts and tune I was at $918 ,u get a cheaper harness from member Jn and u can save more money.I don't recommend going with cheaper line.

Does anyone know how when using the gt350 pumps they keep the internal regulator on the pumps from working against the regulator that comes with the fuel system,I'm pretty sure the 350 pumps are internally regulated like the gt.

GT350 pressure is regulated by variable pump speed as they have a fuel pressure sensor on the rail.

I highly recommend PTFE hoses when building a system for e85, you want actual PTFE hose not PTFE lined or anything like that. When using e85 on CPE/Nitrile/lined hose you will eventually run into the hose cracking and leaking like swiss cheese. This is more likely to happen on the parts located in the engine ebay since the heat cooking them from the outside and the e85 eating them away from the inside will lead to failure much quicker.

PTFE hoses are perfect for e85 and will not be eaten up over time. they have a high tolerance for heat, and are rated for pressures no port injection system is going to reach. All of my kits come standard with PTFE hoses for this reason
