Anyone else get a FordPass survey?

A few months ago, I received a survey from Ford. They wanted to know why I haven’t been using the app lately. Idk, it could be the abundance of items that I can interact with:

Yeah, I got it. Took a few minutes to finish. Told them I rarely use it because it really doesn’t do anything.

By the way if that’s what your screens look like it’s possible your dealer never set you up properly.

I received that also. My gt was purchased during COVID BS and was delivered in my driveway so the modem was never activated. Being a 6 spd car there is no remote start so never going to activate it.

Yes got the pole/survay .
I use the app. mostly to check if wife's vehicle needs fuel. And to check on the vehicles location when we are away.
Id use it to freak a family friend out while we were away, as the truck was parked there while we and their mother was away in an other state. When we knew they be getting ready to leave for work, we remote started the truck. The paniced phone call came next to their mother. lol. great hollowen gag.

I used to be able to see the fuel level, oil life, and other info. Now there is nothing at all. Hopefully they bring back the features that were taken away for no apparent reason.

I still can see all that, on all 3 of my fords through the ap.

All that stuff is still available. I suggest signing out, delete the app, reinstall, and sign in again. This works most of the time.

When was the last time you updated the app?
might be your issue, check in the play store or whatever apple uses(depending on phone) to see if there is an update you need. the app tends to not work, when you don't update to the latest version

I received the survey but did not take the take it. My app works fine and can see all the info that others above have also stated. I do update it when prompted and use it 2-3 times a week to check fuel and tire pressures, oil life.

I bought my 2019 just before [under 2 weeks] FordPass went operational, dealer set it up for me when I picked it up, Ford then refused to give me the points I should have gotten, They finally gave me 10,000 points to get me off their back and I also got the questionnaire , filled it out for the heck of it.
