Where did you get the correct sleeves from? I'm gonna be doing a diff swap soon...right now I just have Steeda pucks...I figure while I'm at it add the sleeves.

the sleeves fix the gap between bolt and bushing but doesn't address the movement of the entire assembly. It stops the breaking of bolts but not the bouncing around/twisting that the diff goes thru.
Well it does control the yaw/pitch movement of the differential better than not having any sleeves whatsoever by reducing the gap between the bolt and bushing. Cheers.

Any hardware store.

BMR/Steeda/Lethal all have them. There does seem to be some disagreement on sizing - some diffs apparently have 1/2" bolts, others 14mm.

I've got poly bushings pretty much everything now, but at first I just did the diff & rear subframe. There's was a little bit more engagement noise when I put the car into gear, but besides that, it wasn't that big of a deal. Now with all the suspension done it's pretty taut. I think the commercial demand for a car with a ride like this would be pretty much zilch.

Is this in reference to the stock bushing setup or your all AM replacements?
This comment is comparing my polyurethane bushings to the rubber ones. My car has really good response and feel when hustling, but, even with the Magneride dampers, it's stiff. I like it, but I can see how others wouldn't.

For the subframe I just used steeda Subframe Bushing Support & alignment kit. For the diff bushing I just filled the voids in the stock rubber bushing.

I haven’t driven my 2019 a lot since the install, but I’m running Steeda’s black poly differential bushings and the car feel pretty good. Are you guys using the bolts supplied with the differential bushing kits or the upgraded through bolt kit? Have you guys had to retorque the bolts every so often?

if you're having to re-torque clean the threads of bolt+hole with cleaner, wipe down and then put a drop or two of blue locktite on the bolt. careful you're not actually stripping the Aluminum threads!

How much does the Diff 'sing' during normal operation?

I sourced my own 12.9 bolts for everything except the backside of the front mount. Those have to be hex-heads (There's no room for SHCS) and I couldn't easily source a 12.9 hex head of that size.

+1 on the Loc-tite. I also safety wired them, pretty much because I'm 'that guy'.

Mine has very little sing. What I do hear is the driveline lash, especially in first gear when first pulling away from a stop or while rolling and idling (like in a parking lot). At freeway speeds, I don't hear much from the rear end / differential.

I haven’t had to re-torque mine yet (through bolt kit). I was just curious as to whether anyone has had them loosen over time? I hope not because it would require me to lower the entire cradle to get to the bolts. I may mark them with a sharpie for quick reference to see if they’re staying put.

My rear ended is surprisingly very quiet (I don’t notice a difference in sound between stock and now). In addition to the diff. bushings, I have the subframe support bushings, alignment kit, differential support bracket and billet vertical links. The only noise that I hear is a little road noise (a very slight amount) from the transmission tunnel. I am using a modified inner shifter boot and Dynamat to cover the open space around the shifter. The full boot would have provided more sound reduction than the Dynamat.
