I ran a 20*10.5 with a 42 offset no problem. Non pp car but there was no caliper that was going to interfere with that setup. Had at least 4 inches of top clearance. Also there are people running 305 and 315 rears so it shouldn't be a problem.
Good deal, I think one of the photos linked above is a Brembo caliper peaking through and the concave profile of my wheel is similar to that one. I just want to make sure I don't have an issue. I guess worst case scenario I go with a bigger spacer and run some negative camber if I have problems with fender contact.

Photo I was referencing, I guess now that I'm on my actual PC and not my phone thats clearly a Brembo and I know thats a 10.5" wide +45 with an 8mm spacer.

Oh you mean in the front? My car is running 20*10 +35 super deep concave in the front. It is lowered like that one, but it needed a 1/8"spacer to clear.

So I need to raise the car up to stop the rubbing. My car is 2.5" lowered. I don't know about running a 10.5 up front.

Yes, this is the aggressive fitment thread after all :)

The car above is, according to the website and the owner, running a 20x10.5 +45 Square. The front is spaced out with an 8mm spacer. I run autox and light duty track days for fun. Just as I did with my S197 I plan to have an 18 or 19" set of track/wheels (Apex Racing/Toyo R888) tires but I prefer to have a square setup as the street setup as well.

This was my S197 on its street setup. 19x10 square +39 with 285/35/19 BFGs

A similar setup, as my current.

however it will depend on how much camber and how low your car is if you want to run that wheel size up front. It will definitely poke out without camber.

I have camber plates on my car. If you have a set you can probably get away with this setup without lowering too much.

I am in the same dilemma right now. Planning to run 10.5 +45 VBM8's square setup and trying to figure out the size of the spacer I need. I was thinking of 10mm, but you're saying 8mm works and that makes it much easier. You don't need longer studs with 8mm, right?

Keep in mind with spacers you are adding rotational weight instead of reducing which is part of the point of after market wheels. Better to just go correct offset with no spacers IMO.

I've been running 25mm spacers on stock PP1 wheels for a while now, so I'll be actually reducing rotational weight by going 8mm. :) Tbh I don't really care much as long as it drives fine. It's more about the looks than about the function afterall.

I agree. I traded the car and my next build will be less aggressive.
I'm guessing you sold those forgestars, lots of money there.
Did you have any rubbing with that setup, or did the poke take care of that?

I sold the wheels. I had no rub. With the 2 degrees of negative camber in the front, the top of the tires did not poke at all. They were flush with the fender. I absolutely hated the NT555 G2 tires and would not recommend them to anyone.

305's on a 11 all the way around. I'm thinking about going up to a 315 after I burn through these sets.

That looks fantastic. What size/brand tires are you running? I am going to follow your formula. 19x11 et52 all around, Ford Performance hubs and 25mm spacers up front. I am looking at these.

There's another member on here that has a few posts @Jonas-RR-GT with Velgen Classic5s 10x5 square running an 8mm spacer up front. Its a base package with the non-brembos.
