MACh 1 owner here and I made the mistake yesterday of tossing the keys to my car to my better half to head to a friend's. Her car was blowing hot air and it was over 95 here in the shade! Long story short...she came home saying how much she liked my car and all the modern gadgets etc. Keep in mind she drives a 1999 Benz C280 and has been driving it since 2001. Swore to G*D she would be buried in her Benz until yesterday! She really likes the Misc Purple Convertibles and I can only find 1 on Auto Trader in the lower 48. What do you think as far as price etc???? TYVVM!

That looks mint and has Active Exhaust (a must for me on the GT). If you keep cars that long buy it. I would offer a couple thousand less and walk away. They will call you if they want to sell it, then again if you want a certain color and convertible you have to ask is it worth searching again. That car looks like new. Would it be worth a couple thousand to lose it?

Price range is $45k - $50k for 2022 GT Premium convertible with 2500 miles. So, it's definitely within an acceptable range. Dealers use the same tools you do, so don't expect any incredible deals. With luck and getting late in the season, what 2016S550 said is good advise.

I was looking at the same car - I'm a long way away from there (Chicago) but have been to that dealership before. I think they would negotiate at least a little. I haven't seen that color in person but it looks great, and is nicely optioned including 3.55 gears. One thing to keep in mind is with the 2024s starting to be delivered and fall around the corner I think more convertibles will start to show up. There are plenty if you search nationwide but doesn't seem to be a lot in any one location yet. From my recent searching, that seems to be a decent price to begin with for a 2022 with low miles.

Edit - I'm not looking to buy it, just searching as I may have to replace mine shortly

Looks nice and price can probably be negotiated although they aren't being crazy with it.

Never had a vert, is that a functional rollbar and was that a factory installed option? If not would want to know the story there.

Looks like a great car, price seems to be reasonable, and carfax seems good too. If it's what you want I would say get it. It will be hard to find a convertible in the color you want.

MP is likely a low volume color so if it’s what your wife wants, go for it! Happy wife, happy life…

The only option that thing doesn't have as a GT Premium Convertible is the B&O stereo. It's an MSRP of 57k+ so you're already getting $10k off. I paid 46k ($57k msrp) for a 2019 Convertible GT with PP1 and Magnaride also no B&O stereo in 2021 (2yr old car)

So yea, like everyone is saying, it's priced to sell and if that's the color you/she wants...

But definitely look into the aftermarket light bar (roll bar). It may have been hacked in their with a reciprocating saw.
