  1. 2019 GT vs 2022 GT - potential purchase, which is the better option?

https://www.edmunds.com/ford/mustang/2023/deals/ And yes, most of the websites last month were saying "0.9% financing on Mustangs," turns out it was for the Mach EV. Then some out of state dealerships said I didn't qualify for the cheap interest rates, but I spoke to a corporate finance guy...
  2. 2019 GT vs 2022 GT - potential purchase, which is the better option?

wow, as of 10/03 they have way better financing - I should have waited a week. DOH
  3. 2019 GT vs 2022 GT - potential purchase, which is the better option?

I just went through this, had to replace my 2019. Prices are crazy high. Found a highly modified 2018 in Bensenville, was willing to take the chance as it was Crimson with only 4k miles, drive great and priced decently but it went before I got back - there is always another car. Then I looked...
  4. Woke up to this!

Glad to see it looks so much better. I can't believe no one mentioned the tub is labeled "redlines," If that's the case that tub could be worth more than the car - are the Hotwheels OK?
  5. Advice Ya'll !!!!

I was looking at the same car - I'm a long way away from there (Chicago) but have been to that dealership before. I think they would negotiate at least a little. I haven't seen that color in person but it looks great, and is nicely optioned including 3.55 gears. One thing to keep in mind is with...
  6. Do I really need the Performance Package?

Stock tires for four years and had no issues even in snow - not the easiest to drive in snow but you have just have to be cautious. Saying that I had an issue in the rain this weekend. I may be looking for a new convertible. :-(
  7. Do I really need the Performance Package?

PP is not necessary, sometimes I wish I had it just because my car is loaded and that's the only option it doesn't have but I wouldn't pay extra for it. Clearly, based on all the responses to your question, there are plenty opinions. Mine is that you will more than love the car. My perspective...
  8. B&O 10" sub replacement guide

I used mineral wool insulation, didn't pack it completely but made sure all sides of the enclosure were covered with a couple of inches.
  9. Why DIDN'T you get a camaro?

no logical reason what-so-ever, I just couldn't do it, first the car, then the gold neck chains, then the Member's Only jacket and finally Polo cologne :-) Being Italian I'd have to have it all.
  10. B&O 10" sub replacement guide

The screws hold the speaker and the grille in place at the same time. I made the screw holes in the Pioneer speaker larger as well, but decided on using the black screws that came with the new speaker since they did not have that large pan head on the original screws. They worked great. using...
  11. Easy Exit/Entry only on opening door

When I plan on staying put for a while I just try to remember to touch the seat button on the side. As soon as you touch that button the auto easy entry/exit movement stops. I've been trained since my kids sit in back I need to remember to stop the seat from crushing their legs when they are in...
  12. B&O 10" sub replacement guide

Just did this conversion myself. I too received a TS-A100D4. Music and sound preferences, like many things, are subjective - along with aging etc. But I noticed a huge difference, way less boomy, much tighter and I put the bass back up a bit as well. I also have a convertible so I am sure that...
  13. Best Front License Plate for Shelby GT350

I have the first one as well, though I don't have a GT350. I live in the Chicago area and my car is a DD with pleny of long distance highway trips. A year later no issues at all... rain, sleet, snow etc.
  14. Settled on a Ford Fusion Titanium

We have three Fusions in our family, a hybrid and two Energi's. Great cars. And I have told numerous other's to look into purchasing one. I can think of four off hand that did (ran into one this morning who thanked me). All are happy with their Fusion.
  15. Tonneau Caps in 2021 model year

I alost never use mine, though if I go to a cruise-n or like Maskedracerx says I know the top will be down most if not all day then I put them on. It does add a nice finishing touch but I am not all that particular to make sure I put them on every time the top is down.
  16. Official Ford Sync3 3.4 Release

My Wife has a '14 Fusion and those controls drive me crazy too. My daughter has a '16 and they changed them to actual buttons again. Sounds trivial but I too hate the steering wheel heater control on the Mustangs.
  17. White Lettering Sidewall Tires

I'm not sure they come any larger than 15" or 16". Cooper Cobras and BFG Radial TAs come with raised white letters but only up to 15". I thought I saw a tire somehwere up to 18" but can't find it.
  18. How many of you have NEVER owned a Mustang previously?

I have owned many Fords—SHO's, Maruader, WIndstar, Towncar but this was my First Mustang. Always wanted one but never enough to buy one. Glad I did with this one. great all around car.
  19. 16yr old drives 2020 GT500

Yes, I think that's great, what an experience. Cars are made to be driven. Ald do it nd it creates a memory that will last for ever. I wouith me in it and explaining what's what. I let both my godsons drive my GT. The younger one I went with on the ride. The older one has been driving for 16...
