I had headers installed and tuned at the same time. Now the active exhaust is not working. No blown fuse. No Active Exhaust Not Available. I can change from quiet to normal to sport to track on the dash but the valves do not move. The tuner said he doesn’t see anything in the tune that would affect it. Has anyone experienced this? Any recommendations?

Try going back to stock tune and see if they work....

The wiring on the passenger side is too close to the frame. I had the dealer repair mine with splicing and glass tape. Probably during the exhaust mods the wiring got broken.

As the other post said check the wiring at the actuators on both sides, they will rub the frame and short out causing the active exhaust not to work. Repair any damaged wires and go to the auto parts store and purchase some plastic high temperature wire conduit, it looks like corrugated pipe but has a slit down the center to insert the wires, that way the plastic conduit will protect the wires from rubbing through again and shorting out.
