Double honk for the leaving the keys in the car or the double horn honk following a double lock button press ?They changed the string for the double horn honk sometime in 2020. Someone around here had the same problem and figured it out but I can't find it

Double honk when you close the door when the car is running. Not sure if the Euro cars do that, but every US Ford does and it's damn infuriating.Double honk for the leaving the keys in the car or the double horn honk following a double lock button press ?
I am trying to set the double horn honk on lock on my UK 2020 but have no idea where to find the code.
@MikeyTX - The BCM module changed for 2020. I'm defo no expert on this, but if that's the module you are trying to update and your tuner doesn't know about the change, it could go some way to explaining your problem

Yeah ours do that too - to be honest I don't mind that, but its not a feature that alerts me often. I think its only done it on me twice, leaving a car running and not being sat in it isn't a smart choice in the UK ... lolDouble honk when you close the door when the car is running. Yes, if you double hit the lock button the horn honks on the US cars. Not sure why you guys don't get that. Sounds like a rip off lol.Yeah ours do that too - to be honest I don't mind that, but its not a feature that alerts me often. Do the American Mustangs horn honk on a double lock ? I know that the hire cars I have had in the states have done it and over the years it become common for the kids to associate it with American holidays / cars. They were disappointed when the mustang didn't do it so I'm actually looking to turn that feature on ... lol
Interestingly the UK owners manual says the UK cars do it - but mine doesn't ?

This ! Ford as does GM monitors the boards. When a work around is created and posted, Ford's people simply change the code in the related BCM. It is actually illegal in the US to have any kind of auxiliary lighting on at the same time as the high beams ............... "Except for off road or show use only." This per USDOT in the UART (Uniform Act Regulating Traffic). Those on the board that own a late model Harley with passing lamps know what I'm speaking of. The dealer must use the Tech II to override the factory setting. The UART is a hardcover book of regulatory statutes that all US states and territories must comply with to receive funding for transportation projects.Double honk when you close the door when the car is running.
