No I don't. I have run into this before and the fix was using the restore as built data in the software. I have a version that allows over the internet flashing.

You could go line by line and use the printed data from ford's service page. Flash each time and see which line fixes it. Or just change them all at once.

EDIT, there will only be a few lines that are different so you won't need to retype all of them.
