CODE P0300 has entered the chat and that is the culprit why the car falls on its face and after watching the afr on the dash ..its going mega lean when I squeeze into the throttle so I will be limping this thing around until July 1 (when it goes to the shop again)

If you have to jump through hoops and add huge resonators to make it work and everything else....well....

Props to you man. It sucks it didn't work out as many of us were anxiously waiting. You took one for the team as we rode on your coattails. Bravo, well done, and thank you. Lesson learned.

gotta have an exhaust leak somewhere - which is surprising given the double slip joints they used

It sucks at times being the pioneer, but curiosity is what pushed me down this road. Having tracked a Ferrari 458, I’ve always been chasing that 458-esque soundtrack out of the Voodoo. As I’ve said before, the sound I was chasing was probably so far removed from reality that physics itself was laughing at me but I am stubborn and the first initial sound clip of the car on the lift was beautiful noise and I was sold … but that system isn’t what we got it was changed but I digress .
From a build quality standpoint, though, the system is incredible. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say there. As far as power goes, I really can’t comment yet since the car is running extremely lean anytime I go beyond about 30% throttle, so I haven’t been able to properly evaluate performance.
Sound-wise, though, it’s just not what I had in mind. To my ears, it sounds almost exactly like a 370Z with straight pipes—just louder and with a bit more of that trombone section from a high school marching band thrown into the mix. šŸ˜‚
After hearing the most recent audio clips, I was already on the fence, but I convinced myself that once I added a supercharger, the increased airflow and rate of acceleration through the rev range would completely transform the character. Unfortunately, reality had other plans.

I’m sorry, but I just can’t do it lol.

I’ve put about 20 miles on the car with the 8-4-1 setup, and it’s simply not for me. That doesn’t mean it’s bad—it just means my ears were expecting Maranello and got Nissan with a brass ensemble.

I think your right but I am not going to digging into the setup to figure out the solution , she is getting the Ultimate LT setup w stock mufflers , but I would I like to run catless but I need a xpipe that mates to the 3ā€ mid pipes i have so I guess I’ll call Ultimate since it’s their hardware, if I can’t source the 3ā€ Xpipe I’ll use the catted mids and Xpipe .

Any recent video links showing comprehensive Coyote and Voodoo sound clips plus, more importantly, are there any objective torque curve comparisons over conventional 4-1 headers? As my professors used to preach, "let the data drive your decisions."
