What I had in my head was this tone—but with the “sample rate” turned way up. Throw a supercharger into the mix and everything happens faster, sharper, more urgent… and I think that would change a few opinions around here.
The goal from day one was to chase that Ferrari 458–style sound—deep, layered low end that builds into that high-pitched, almost “wailing” top note. Right now though, from what I’m hearing, it’s a little thin down low and missing some of that smooth, creamy finish up top. Later on, I could experiment with those cone gizmos that Fluid Motor Union makes and uses to see that that adds a bit more what I'm looking for.
I’m still a bit torn on what to do… but the idea of an engine making those kinds of sounds at a rate that ~850whp brings to the table? Yeah… that’s hard to ignore
