@Patrick how's the build holding up? I am awaiting some news from my kit builder to let me know how my custom manifolds are looking. I also should have some news soon on P3s build using upgraded turbos and CRP Full-Bore Ported Exhaust Manifolds.

Good! I've had a few issues. HP tuners was missing an important parameter for the 3.7, but I emailed their support and they added it in the latest beta, the car is driving much better now. I believe I've developed an exhaust manifold leak. Probably because I reused my stock gaskets. I'm going to address that over the winter, I want to drive the car the rest of the summer. The other issue is that the DeatschWerks 65# injectors I bought don't have Ford calibration data on their website. I emailed them and they sent me some "pre-release" data that in my opinion is not correct. I can't actually seem to find any short style injectors that actually have Ford data. I'm trying to determine if the medium size injectors will fit under the intake, they're 15mm taller and eyeballing it to me looks like no way, but someone on here said they do. I'd really like confirmation from someone whose actually done it. My guess is they were on a 11-14 not an s550 because it looks like their might be 5-10 mm clearance tops to me.

We talked about it about it on page 21. Only thing we know for sure is the GT500 variant from 13-14 will fit.

Yes I'm still very skeptical. I actually bought some so I guess I'll find out. If you look under the intake manifold you'll see that the insulation that is about 5mm thick barely fits between the top of the rail and the bottom of the intake. These injectors are 15mm longer. I measured them to be sure. Even if you remove the insulation I don't see how they will fit. I'm going to try it though.

Good luck to you @Patrick. Unfortunately my build has taken a rather crappy turn.... Must recent oil change had a decent amount of metal shavings/bearing material in it... Not sure what has happened but a bearing has been damaged in my engine somehow. Not showing any other symptoms at the moment but its obviously not the greatest thing to find.

Looks like NPG is selling off a twin kit for ~$4k now...not production ready but I'm sure they got it up and running at least.

I want to say it was Cyclone 3.7L Mustangs (the big one) and on S550 V6 Mustangs too. Joey posted it up for sale in both of those without a price, but someone else posted about used kits and he replied saying $4k would be fair. If I can find it real quick I'll message you the link.

A little update on the custom F150 turbochargers. I highly recommend hitting Matt up at Turbobay if you need either stock rebuild, his regular rebuild with improved internals and a billet compressor wheel or the new biggest upgrade he worked on for me.

Sneak peak, almost twin turbo time. My custom 2013 F150 3.5 EB 59mm compressor turbochargers, custom turbine, custom HD internals along with front and rear step gapless rings.

Nice! Are you planning on running the factory wastegates?

My car will be a tuning nightmare because I’m swapping in a 6R80 with exedy clutches and billet intermediate shaft along with a 3000 stall during the turbocharging
You're swapping to an auto or upgrading the auto?

I'm self tuning and it's a nightmare regardless. Our ECU is pretty much the most complicated on the market and there is very little information out there because it's such a small market.

I just saw a video of a turbo 3.7 put down 605 hp sealed motor. so with that being said what is the most hp on a sealed motor that any of you have heard of. Btw it was tuned by auto Mafia racing and what I have heard is around this hp that is close or at limit before having to go forged internals . Any input would greatly be appreciated.
