I think all mods can't see V6 threads by some force of nature.

Agreed. That's why it's missing from the short forum description: "GT, Ecoboost, GT350, GT500, Bullitt".

I agree about stickying (is that a word). I have boosted GT, and still read this thread almost daily. It’s definitely an interesting read, and encourages me to take think a little more about what I’m doing.

Well unfortunately, looks like my turbo build will be put on hold for a bit. Got too many things going on at the moment so need to put some things aside for the time being.

Personal. Wife and I are gearing up to build a house so funds are going to be tight for a bit.

This is both good and bad. Enjoy the new project.... but don't forget about the V6.

Back on topic, I was able to acquire the oil and coolant lines for the turbos. I can confirm with about 99% certainty that the oil feed ports are present on the 3.7 block and as such the OEM oil feed lines from a F150 do not have to be modified (barring any clearance issues). The coolant ports do not exist so those lines will have to be modified. With that said, there is a coolant port on each side of the block that you can easily plumb the line too. The coolant return can be plumbed into the intake. Not quite sure why supersix felt it necessary to modify the oil feed lines unless there is an unforeseen issue with clearance. Also, the F150 oil cooler will fit the 3.7 and just needs a tap into the main coolant loop. No additional heat exchanger required that the oil will need to feed to unless you want supercool oil. The OEM oil cooler was about $50 and you can use two tee fittings to tap into the lower radiator hose before the thermostat.

I looked at added F150 OEM oil cooler, my measurements by wrapping around the oil filter with paper creating a cylinder shaped extension of the oil filter and extending the outward point the filter will land with adding the cooler, the oil filter would hit the sway bar. There is another style on the 3.7 transits that didn't seem to work either.
Do you have a work around?

Forgot to add that I am hoping to use a 90 degree adapter similar to the one here. (thread size is wrong for this adapter)

https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Ford-Performance-M-6880-A50-90-Degree-Oil-Filter-Adapter,27896.html

It will be a tight fit but from what I can tell with the dimensions I have, it should just clear. The 90 adapter should solve the clearance issue and repositions the filter for better/cleaner oil changes. I do not like the idea of routing the oil to a remote heat exchanger.
