2nd Gear Manual Buzz under power

Looking for some clarification here. Car has about 300 miles on it still breaking in. Car is the Tremec. Under power in second gear there is a slight buzz/rattle. Varies from faint to noticeable. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I chalk this up to "unusual driving characteristics" and wait till 1000 miles to be concerned?
