Is Koons not letting you drive the FJG M1? If they do, head east on RT-7 and make a left onto Seneca Road and R onto Beach Mill

The M1 appears to have the GT500 grade dampers which should be an improvement over the GT350 you have. But everything else should be nigh identical.

This is a good pic. It highlights my main disappointment with the Mach. (That, and the lack of alcantara in the interior, like the 350)
It's very similar to a pic I did of my GT350 clone to a real GT350.
On my conversion, I went with the bolt on front end conversion kit. I did not go for the OEM front with wider fenders.

That little extra width around the headlights gives the 350 a much more menacing look.
It bugged the heck out of me on my conversion, and the Mach 1 is essentially the same thing. They gave it the 350 lower bumper treatment, but without that extra width, it's missing that extra something. The Mach 1 fender extensions don't do it.

Since you have the Heritage GT350 to look at, my 2 cents is go with the Mach.
Drive it, enjoy it without worry.
If you want to alleviate the worry about your order being cancelled, get the one available.

I doubt they’ll let me test drive it with it only having 3 miles on it. based on cargurus, it’s been advertised 30+ days so that will hopefully help me leverage an equal trade out. them asking a 10k markup is crazy

I’ll have to check out that area mentioned… hard to find any good places around here to open up. best I’ve found is around great falls area

yes the 350 is just tough to beat look wise like you mentioned. and like you I’m a fan of the alcantara

your conversion looks pretty sweet.. I never noticed the extra bump by the headlights until you mentioned it

both are great looking cars, just two completely different looks

I got a few quotes from American Auto Shipping and Montway and all appear to be near the same. I'll probably use American.

Ford says all kinds of stuff....It is nice to see a dealer be so transparent with what they know that is for sure. i got my order in 2/11 so i am not too far in front of you on that list of 16. but the list means nothing since they dont go in order.

My last contact with Granger & Ford Performance was beginning of June, I plan to reach out again after the factory comes back from break. I had a ford-confirmed order Feb 8 and told “You are at a priority 19 at this time and 13 on our list who have not received a VIN yet” by Granger June 3rd. FP just said I am still unscheduled-clean and to check back in 6 weeks as of June 5th. I have not gotten anything from Ford directly since the “sorry for the delay” email in April.

We’ll see when I reach out again to follow up in a few weeks if I’ve made it closer to the front of the line . I would take it as a good sign if ford is no longer taking orders and would schedule out based on production ability (cup2 temps) … but I’m hardly impartial as I have an HP on order. Good luck everyone, hopefully we all keep getting closer to the goal-posts!

unless there was a memo this morning, this is rubbish. As of Friday (1 July) only Escapes and Mustangs have open order banks.

The order banks open for 2023 Mustangs on 9/14

Assuming that is a front fender on an HP car it’s missing the trim, maybe with that installed it will fix the corner?
