i am leaning towards just road tripping it too. i am in PHX so we are talking 1400 miles out the box.

Yep, it's going to be a major part of our vacation time this year and depending on weather, I'm thinking option 2 is going to win out. Going to put around 2000 miles on the car in the first week, but that's OK. My M1 is going to be my daily driver (26 mi. round trip) and our adventure Grand Touring vehicle. Figure on doing at least one week long plus, driving vacation every year.

If you get a build today- Dealer, priority, and order date would be useful info to gauge how close people are in the line.

I am waiting on the dealer to send over the info they have with my Vin but I used Tomball Ford, my original order was placed 7-30-21, reordered 11-23-21, Priority 10

So let me throw my opinion out there on the whole global S


True… but they’ve had since November of 2021 to stockpile parts/components for HP cars in preparation for the 2022 March start-up. There should be no reason why delays are related to the additional parts that are included in the HP package.

Ford, like GM, does not stockpile parts. The storage costs are too high. Car companies do Just In TIme (JIT) for most of the components.

I have a feeling if you don't have your order in by mid April, there's a high chance you won't see a HP car be built and get canceled. Non HP's will still not be too big of an issue.
