Just got this e-mail from Ford. No dates .... "we've run into a few delays."

Car was ordered 11/20 with Jay from Granger.

I just received my email yesterday also. That is the first correspondence I have received to tell me anything about my order. Ford never even notified me it cancelled my 2021 Mach 1 order. Jay at Granger had to give me a call to tell me that my order was cancelled. Ford Corp never said, sorry we apologize for having to cancel your order. We regret the inconvenience this has caused. We will endeavor to keep you informed of your vehicle status in the future. None of that!!!! Well, here is hoping that we get a VIN number soon. Good luck everyone.

I only have Jay at Granger to thank for placing my order back in November. I was planning on waiting till about now, figuring that things would be going better than they are. He warned me this might take a while, and that prices were sure to rise.

Possibly but some of us that received the email are hoping it’s because our orders were next to schedule. So yours could be a ways off yet for scheduling and so didn’t generate an email

It could mean a few things

• Ford doesn't have your email right
• The email went into spam
• They just haven't got to you yet
• Your order is too new to contact
• Your order has already been pulled to be produced or some other indication that they know it won't be delayed.
