Yeah eventually… maybe…. except for the people who’d rather have the extra 10hp in the 2021’s. (That’s a whole ‘nuther subject.). But right now with spring almost here and the people who ordered ‘22’s about to encounter the scheduling delays we all went through with our ‘21’s, getting a new Mach of either year off the lot and near MSRP is pretty rare. Ford’s website shows a total of 5 Mach’s on the lot within 100 miles of Pittsburgh.
Like somebody now cares if that Boss 302 is 2013 or 2014? 2021 and 2022 are identical accept -10hp -10 lb-ft for 2022 and some different colour choices. With brand new car and especially if someone is buying it to keep then 2021 is the better choice. Pretty sure 2021 will be more desirable at some point in the distant future, but driven miles will be more deciding like always.
At least with the Boss, the 2013 had the updated body style over the 2012. I wanted a white 2013 in the worst way.
Wow, just wondering what kind of deal you got and when you actually received it? I figured, that with as good a deal as I'm getting with Granger, if something really bad happened, I shouldn't lose money if I was forced to sell mine, even after driving it home.
With all the 2021 Mach1 HP's that got canceled, they couldn't have made very many HP equipt Mach1's. The rarest of all Mach1's, might be a 2021 Non-FJG, with HP. Of course the jury is still out on how many HP's they will produce in 2022.
I would love to know how many HP M1's were made in 2021. Got yourself a rare bird there, me thinks!
