A little late to the party....unfortunately i have to say goodbye to my 18 GT350 (leg issues forcing need to go to Auto) Placed order for new M1 on 7/27/22, just got my Scheduled for Production with VIN email for 9/12/22........I was soooooo prepared to be waiting to end of the year.

I am in the Dallas, TX area and used a suburb Ford dealer close to my house. My order sheet had me at a Priority 10, and I guess the dealership had allocations, so I made it through. What was your priority code on your order sheet?

My priority code at time of order was 17. Ordered thru Chapman.

So was mine (4 months earlier) no rhyme or reason to the builds

Somebody showed how they pick the next car to be scheduled, they think its a bingo wheel.

I think they do this: First they write your VIN in Crayon on to a cocktail napkin from Hooters, then toss those into a giant cowboy hat, and without mixing them up, blindfolded monkeys pick them out of the hat and hand them to a farsighted data entry temp worker with a typewriter. They type them up on post-it notes, which are plastered on Henry Ford VIII's office wall where he and his secretary throw darts at the post-its.

Just my guess, but nobody actually knows.

No, I will still be giving words of encouragement to those still waiting. Good news from Granger today, they got all their outstanding Mach1's included in their allocation this month.

No, it's probably a very complicated formula with justification on how they think it works, and
as we all know, it doesn't work!

If every car they want to build gets built, their system is 100% effective.

Some yes, some no. Dealer depending but should apply to all. You'll have to search for more info or hope someone else chimes

don’t get your hopes up… 4/23 order and i haven’t heard a thing other than my order confirmation and delay email. people in here from last november and february this year are still waiting for a status update
