dang. Wel

Damn

well spoke with my dealer he called the regional rep he said even know it’s not showing in the system it’s scheduled for August. Does that sound legit?
While I know the scheduling PDF's that we all reference are "best effort" and "are subject to change".

There has been no August scheduling yet with the information we have.

They had "Limited Scheduling" for the last two weeks of July, and haven't scheduled since.

So is it possible? Yes. But I wouldn't bet on it. I'd be more willing to say the Ford rep was told it will be scheduled during the next round. (Assuming it's Unscheduled Clean now) and since the next scheduling session is for August, he's probably comfortable just saying it's done. But if it was scheduled, you'd have a VIN and a build week.

FYI, last weekly video from Tim @ Long McArthur Ford, he said 750 GT500’s were planned for production in August. (50%/50% CFTP/Base)

This just means that they are not issuing new VIN's. This will change when they have caught up with production. All the cars with a VIN will be built on their scheduled build dates, barring any plant shutdowns.

Dealer got back to me today after a meeting withthe regional rep last week and confirmed that we have a '22 allocation, but still don't know if we can order a CFTP car. What gives?

If you can answer that question you would be the first.
“What gives?”

It’s like the meaning of life, anyone’s guess.

Is your dealer cool? Will they let you place two orders and see which one Ford pulls? 😂

Means it’s likely a Base model allocation.

Well I've been doing inventory searches of dealer orders using 500 mile search radii to canvas the country just for giggles. Conservatively, 20-25% are CFTP HE orders I kid you not. It seems like every dealer had the same idea. Possibly 40% are Brittany Blue total.

Cyber Orange, as far as dealer orders, was by far the rarest. Purple second. Code Orange probably third, grabber blue/green fourth, after that it was a tossup between reds/antimatter.

Grey, silver, white, black, other blues make up the bulk. Will be interesting to see how it shakes out in a few years.

I'm 7th currently on another local dealer's list for a MSRP 2023 C8...started at 13th on December 30th. At the current rate of allocations, I should be ordering in September if my GT500 allocation doesn't work out.

They're probably trying to ride the wave of what happened with the 2020 350 HE's. Looks like an oversupply of HE's might void that.

I would say that number is low based on this document. 35 out of 85 HE cars.
