I m sitting in hotel till tomorrow am when Chapman will pick me up and take me to dealer to get the car. Finally in! M1, 700, tremec, white. Ordered 7-26
Got 5-6 hour ride home. Weather looks OK, my driveway is already snow covered .
Hope all goes well.

FYI, Ford tracker doesn't even show shipped and that JCT site also shows nothing.

Mine's at Chapman! I can't really close on it easily for a few days if I wanted though since I'm out of town this weekend.

... Once I pay/take delivery, I'm going to have it shipped via uship. This is a first for me, does anyone know of anything I should know before I try to set all that up?

Cover it and ship open/closed depending on your budget.

I had good luck with Intercity last year with an enclosed shipment. It took them 2 weeks to coordinate a pickup time.

Mine originally showed january 6th delivery date eta, it arrived at the dealer yesterday and I picked it up today. It was shipped out december 15th.

Not sure about the distance but I saw a difference of 2x (~$1000 vs $2000) from Iowa to CA.

Passport got back to me and said they may not be able to get to it until February, so Im looking at other options now.

HOME!! Nice 325 miles trip. A little rain at 32 degrees the last 15 miles and made it up snow covered driveway. Now needs a bath and detail.
Chapman Ford did everything well. There is a nice silver one that someone here left for sale.
I did have one small scratch on the rear panel. Like a cut of finger nail but deep. I ll touch that myself. Mostly highway, all speeds , got 24 MPGS on the DIC. Car ran solid, felt good even at 1XX MPH. Not rattles of noise from the interior. I was pleased.

Thanks for letting me know and honestly fuck the dealers who sell at these ADMs. And you are of course free to comment on my thread as you please, it might help me if anything haha.

Basically taking a financed car to Vancouver, BC has a ton of issues and might not even be possible. If possible, I am looking at new taxes and entering into insurance monopoly and worst? all seasons on my M1. Yuck.

If no one buys it, I'll leave it at my friends place and take it for a ride every month or so I commute for work... Life.
