Pretty sure it is hard coded in the firmware bin file of speedo. I know they have a separate file for Mach 1 assume it is the same for the GT500... may want to reach out to breeves directly....

Yeah, Doing some digging around here one person said his friends had it done to the Bullitt 180 but doesn't know what they did. lol

A UK thread said you need to reprogram the EEPROM I think that's what it is but it's very risky they wouldn't advise it.

I was pretty sure it wasn't easy to do. Just making sure.

If anyone has this menu related to remote start settings in the cluster and won't mind helping me.. All I ask is, in cluster settings find remote start settings, and there should be setting for heated/cooled seats to switch between auto/last setting. Put the setting on Auto, and dump BCM, FCIM and IPC asbuilt. Then change the setting to "Last setting" in the cluster, reconnect the forscan to reload data in the modules and dump these 3 modules again. Send me them and I will try to compare files, I believe it should change something (for example tinkering with lock settings in cluster changes BCM values too).

Why?: my car has no remote start support (EU version) and even when I tried to enable remote start in IPC I couln't get it to show on my dash... This setting is responsible for automatic heated/cooled seats coming up based on ambient temperature but not only with remote start but regular push start too. I've been trying to disable it for months now.. Thanks

Just want to confirm that in this swap - there was no need for key reprogramming or PATS relearn?

No key relearning. I did this swap late last year and it’s very simple if you get the package from Breeves. I don’t know what PATS is so no there was no other reprogramming.

I recently installed a digital cluster from a 2022 gt on my 2018 gt premium, I got the pony button and the steering wheel buttons I need but the pony button isn’t working when I press it nothing changes or takes me to any menu the only button that works is the music button and I’m getting a bunch of codes I’m guessing cause it’s thinking it’s the 2022 I have forscan all ready to go but don’t know what to do, I bought a new wire harness thinking that was the problem but it’s not I haven’t programmed it at all the miles are wrong and a bunch of codes are popping up + the mymode pony button isn’t working could anyone help me out with the forscan settings to fix all this up

The setup needs to be programmed to your car and then you need to upload a file through FORscan. Breeves ought to be able to assist.

You need to program the clock spring.

Just finished reading all 136 pages of this thread, it’s given me the confidence to do this mod, one question I haven’t found the answer to;

if I buy a used cluster off eBay, I understand I need to use FORScan to programme it and increase mileage if necessary, but does the VIN associated to the unit need to be changed? And if so can this be done using FORScan? If not how is it done please?

Two things that can not be done by forscan. Lower Milleage or change from KPH to MPH, automatic to stick or style, Mustang, Bullet etc... All these things require a bench based firmware update to be done by indivuals able to do so. VIN is not associated to speedo nor needed.
