1200 dollars for a set of 4? I might as well get a lift for another 800 bucks. lol I like these a lot...but its not worth that much. Id pay 600 for a set of 4. That's it.![]()

it says with lift or floor jack only, on the pads. Those are silly expensive. Also, I don't think I would trust them with jack stand use. It is possible to jack from the rails more inbound from the pinch weld. I just use a block of wood to spread out the weight a bit.

$299 a pair. I bought a pair and use ramps also.
Source? Cause that's just not true unless Ford specifically designed the pumpkin to not take the load. Talking to case design engineers here at work, there's no issue. The diff is NOT designed to take the loads seen while jacking up the entire car. Please don't use the diff on a car with IRS.
I was wondering this myself. All my cars that have been awd or rwd ive used the rear diff. including my 04 termi. Which was IRS I had zero issues. It was news to me when he said that.Source? Every single car I've had, domestic to import, has also recommended jacking from the rear diff if you want to lift the whole rear at once with a jack.

Looks like 299 per to me.
Do you have a (non anecdotal) source to the contrary? i.e. some place where Ford officially says it is OK? I would have thought that the burden of proof here is on you. All I am saying is that I don't know either way and in any case, ramps are a better solution for installing a cat-back and many other jobs so why risk it?Source?
