Doesn't matter how it looks if no one can see it but you. When it comes to jacking a car up, function over form bro. If costs are the same, jacking rails ftw!

Clean looking doesn't just refer to it appearing on the car. It's clean by design and installs perfectly underneath the car. Simple = better. It has nothing to do with people seeing it but how well it fits. I much rather have 4"x3" piece of billet aluminum then a long as bed rail.:lol: Just because something is under the car doesn't mean I don't want it to be nice.

Both are clean designs and install perfectly under your car for intended use. Both are nice products to look at. I think the only difference will be the rails allow you to jack up one side at a time, while the piece of billet will allow only one wheel at a time. The tradeoff being form factor. One is bigger than the other.

Really though, you can't go wrong with either. They should both support a ton of weight.

A few thoughts...

Be careful about putting them "anywhere you want" until you are sure there is enough structure above it to withstand jacking the car up in that spot.

It is nice being able to put the jack anywhere you want or jack up one side all at once with rails.

It is nice that the rails can act like a rub strip. Without a through bolt these might get ripped off.

Meh.....I prefer my rails. I can put the jack in the middle of my door, a foot from the middle or at the end of my door. Not having to hit a precise point.

We now have them in stock and in red and soon the black. here are some pics. They also can be put in many spots on the pinch weld to lift both front and rear of the car with one floor jack. The car can be lifted anywhere on the pinch weld.

Check your eyes. The picture plays tricks on you. That is at least 1/2 thick.

They are made to lift the car up by the bottom of the pinch weld just like a stock jack that came with your car. The are unlike our magnetic jack pad that is used and then removed from the car, these you leave on and great for the track if you change tires all the time. We also angled the bottom so as the car goes up at a angle the jack stays flat the bottom of our lift pad will rotate on the jack top and not bend the pinch weld.

Adding something big allong the bed rail will just add weight, the pinch weld is designed from the factory to be the place to lift the car not the belly pan or rocker.
